I spoke to Tyler Hvocdic, a very kind and helpful young salesman, who ushered us through the deal. The Director of Sales at Kenny Ross Auto Group, Rae Ann Morris, was incredible! Kind, helpful, understanding, easy to work with, passionate about helping people, and she gave us a great deal on the car. We had a lovely time chatting with Johnny Blair, who came over to chat with us about our purchase while we hung out in the beautiful waiting area and munched on free snacks! Johnny was a joy to speak with and he gave us a history on our vehicle purchase. Finally, we had a blast talking with Dave Debruyn, who smoothly led us through the paperwork and helped us get on our merry way. My daughter went in for an oil change and had other work done too that was covered by the warranty. She had her brakes done somewhere else the next day and they sent me a list of stuff that Subaru should’ve done too that was covered by the warranty. Tie rods, a-arms etc. so I then left a message for the service advisor and have yet to hear from him. Also they did attach her hubcap right and she lost it on the highway on her way home. More
