They responded almost immediately and set up an appointment for me to come it to get an appraisal in my trade. They new they only had 2 cars coming in that I was interested in and they had me finan appointment for me to come it to get an appraisal in my trade. Had a defective radio display and ordered a replacement. I dropped off my car when part came in, dealer gave me a loaner vehicle and picked up my car next day. Unfortunately the replacement radio was also defective. Ordered another radio and returned to dealer when part came in and they installed it the same day and only waited 45 minutes. Assistant Manager Matt made sure everything worked properly and paired up my phone for me. This replacement radio is working perfectly since installation. Very friendly and understanding service employees. Definitely will recommend this dealership. More
