Had a defective radio display and ordered a replacement. I dropped off my car when part came in, dealer gave me a loaner vehicle and picked up my car next day. Unfortunately the replacement radio was also defective. Ordered another radio and returned to dealer when part came in and they installed it the same day and only waited 45 minutes. Assistant Manager Matt made sure everything worked properly and paired up my phone for me. This replacement radio is working perfectly since installation. Very friendly and understanding service employees. Definitely will recommend this dealership. More

Johnny was awesome. From the moment we sat in his office until I drove off the lot with the car he stayed by us, seeing through the process. From someone who is in sales, he acted the same way I would. Built rapport with us, listen to my needs/expectations, gave appropriate options and listened to my responses. I would recommend that man to anyone looking for a car. The fact that new cars must be ordered and used cars are up charged due to chip shortage is very aggravating, given my expedited car need I had to deal with the used car price which was a bit annoying. Johnny and the man who helped us with financing (off the top of my head I don’t remember his name but he is in the last office to the right on the first floor) did a great job. 10/10 would recommend. More
