We had a pretty amazing experience from start to finish. I asked for more information and Josh went out and took a video to insure my concerns. We drove out and everything was as promised. The finance department was short staffed that day due to an injury but still processed the sale in a timely manner that fit with our schedule (especially since we live an hour away from the dealership.) Both guys were professional, courteous and made us feel like we made the right decision. We're enjoying our Pacifica, it's already made a couple of longer trips to visit grandkids, which was a reason for buying another van. More

Went to the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. During my drive to the dealership, my check engine light came on. I mentioned it to Mike and he was able to see that they addressed that si rotation. During my drive to the dealership, my check engine light came on.
