Crooks and liars. I brought my car in for repairs, those repairs led to catastrophic failure of my transmission. They refused to take responsibility (even though I was I brought my car in for repairs, those repairs led to catastrophic failure of my transmission. They refused to take responsibility (even though I was told the tech who did the initial repair was fired for breaking my car). It took weeks of waiting with no one telling me what was wrong. They tried to get Subaru American to pay for their mistake and when that didn’t happen the quoted me near 10 grand to fix what they clearly broke. The service manager promised to do a bunch of things for me to make the cost better but then neglected to tell anybody else and when I went to get my car, only certain things were fixed and they presented me a bill with for $8400. Service manager act like he had never spoke to me. They backed me into a corner and it still ended up costing me $4200. I wrote a letter to the general manager explaining everything and she couldn’t even be bothered to answer. These people are liars, crooks, and don’t care about their customers. I’ve also filed a complaint with Subaru America. I would advise anyone to not buy a car from these people and certainly not get it serviced there. Kenny Ross has lost a customer for life and frankly, so has Subaru. More
They over filled my oil. The filter they checked had multiple leaves on it and they put it back in with all the leaves I have pictures. The service team is good but I have seen increasing prices for simple services such as oil changes.
