Every reputed dealership provides an itemized bill clearly labelling labor and parts. My bill said Labor was 3 hours. At $129 per hour, I should have been charged $400 or so. I brought it to the attention of the Service Manage by email but 1 week and I am still waiting for a response. More

Everything went well for my first oil change.
