I had a scheduled service appointment for 10 am. Almost an hour later and my car still not brought in to be worked on. Yes they put me in a loaner since it would now be several hours until my car ready. But I had to drive 35 minutes back home then drive 35 minutes back to get my car when it was done (2:45 pm) and this messed up my entire day!!!. More
