I met Felix during an emissions test. I asked Felix if they did Mobil 1 Oil changes. He said unfortunately they do not carry Mobil 1. He immediately offered an alternative. He said , if I wanted to brin they did Mobil 1 Oil changes. He said unfortunately they do not carry Mobil 1. He immediately offered an alternative. He said , if I wanted to bring in the Mobil 1 oil and the filter that, he would be happy do to the oil change. Labor charge would be $30.00. I called him back a day later and scheduled the appointment. I appreciated that Felix was very professional, polite and that my business was important to him. On the day of my appointment I met Ken. Ken was expecting me ( I did arrive about 30 mins. early).Ken assured me that it was no problem at all. Ken was very Professional, Polite and was very attentive. He was all set to change the oil using my supplies. (Felix made Good Notes and Ken was fully aware of what Felix and I set up). I was Very Impressed. Shop was super clean, Ken escorted me to waiting area and said to help myself to coffee, water etc. Ken, went over the "complete"complimentary vehicle multi-point inspection they did. ( too many items to list). (Battery check, Brake pad check,etc) Every item checked out fine. Oil change was fine..no problems. They inflated my tires to correct air pressure and they even washed my Jeep Grand Cherokee. This is the best $30.00 labor charge I have ever paid. I was treated as a VIP, This is the Way to do Business. I will be Back !! I highly recommend them. Jeff from Kenosha More

Very accommodating Service crew and entertained my request to get my car rattling noise checked again but unfortunately I can still hear the same rattling sound when I turned on my car engine.
