Excellent Customer Service I had an urgent need to get my transmission fluid checked. By urgent I mean immediately. I tried doing it myself, but found that you needed a special I had an urgent need to get my transmission fluid checked. By urgent I mean immediately. I tried doing it myself, but found that you needed a special tool to complete. I shared the scenario with Ken from the service department Saturday morning at 9am and by 11:30am he and his team completed the transmission fluid change. Not only did he complete the service, but he also chatted with me about it and why I couldn't complete it myself. I think it goes without saying that a lot of people work on their own cars for various reasons and taking it to a dealership isn't my first choice. I enjoyed that Ken respected this and I didn't feel pressure to make sure to return, but instead he offered to help me if I am ever working on my car. In this day and age that kind of attitude and behavior would get me to return to this dealership for his service, versus him trying to sell me on utilizing his services for everything and bringing my car in every time. I work in the motorcycle industry and I appreciate this dealership service behavior at a corporate level and as a customer. Its how you build trust and respect. Would recommend to anyone to visit and utilize this dealership for Nissan needs. More
They were told numerous times that I didn’t want new plates, that I just wanted to transfer my plates to the new car that I was buying. But yet they gave and charged me for new plates anyways. Not only that, but they “claimed” they didn’t know that the audio system didn’t work in the car that I purchased despite having the car on their lot for almost 90 days. More

Missing the mark on COVID-19 and elsewhere! I have three problems with my recent visits. (1) Prior to my initial visit, it took multiple phone calls and several weeks to get a firm number I have three problems with my recent visits. (1) Prior to my initial visit, it took multiple phone calls and several weeks to get a firm number for my lease buyout. I visited the dealership on 6/16 in connection with my lease. Leo Diaz in Sales was very helpful. (2) The man in the office next door was on the phone and dropped several "f bombs" while talking in his glass-enclosed, opened door office. I mentioned my distaste to Leo, and he escorted me back to the lobby area to wait. I visited again on 6/30 for service work, and Ken Bosshart was very helpful. Completely satisfied with the service work. (3) My final area of complaint is that not one employee was wearing a mask and there is no barrier around the cashier. I saw one container of hand sanitizer. It was explained to me that a lot of sanitizing is taking place, and that I could wear a mask, if I chose to. Sanitizing takes care of surfaces, and my wearing a mask protects others. But you are not protecting your customers adequately if your employees are unmasked. Friends tell me that their dealerships are going the extra mile with masks and taking temperatures. Time for me to look elsewhere? More
