Everything was good until they got me back into the dealership to finalize the purchase. I did not give permission for Zeigler Dealership to run my credit. I came in pre-approved by my credit union, which is a credit union the dealership works with. There wasn’t any reason for them to run my credit. While I was waiting for paperwork to get prepared Miguel told me more than once that the vehicle was getting cleaned up for me. It wasn’t cleaned. Finally paperwork was done and still had to wait for Miguel to put the license plates on that sat on his desk for an hour. I left and noticed no floor mats. Got home looked for owners manual and there wasn’t one. I was the last customer of the day and dealership was closed the next day. Called multiple times the next day that they were open and left messages. I did not receive any calls back or messages. But before the purchase when I inquired about the vehicle I was interested in, I was getting calls, texts and emails twice a day for a week. More
