"Oil change"

I brought the car in for its three months oil change was greeted and welcomed told her I could find coffee and use the internet took about an hour for the oil change the car came back nice and clean

"Experiences with advisors. "

Some service advisors don't seem very knowledgeable about certain services. Doesn't know how to explain the extent of certain services or details of why certain services are required up front. When coming for service I expect immediately to have explained why a service is needed and not have to ask.

"Felt I was in good hands ."

Being new to the area, and this was my first visit, I was impressed with the way the service department treated me. Adam gave me safety glasses and took me to see the underside of my car and the work that was being done. I also felt very confident with the mechanic working on my car , Him having many years of experience working on Subarus, explain to me exactly what needed to be done and why all the while showing me the parts that needed repair, so there was no question or doubt about what was being done and why.

I want to say first of all it was the best decision i could have made to stop here 1st. Certified preowned was my best option and it has given me a car that is new to me and will be with me for a very long time! Patricia was a great Sales person! "My son's first car"

My 16-year-old son purchased his first car, a 2007 WRX TR, at a different dealer and we took it to Kenosha Subaru for an inspection. Ryan Johnson and Adam Salinas went over our Subi and kept us up to date while Nic Gaede spent time with my son explaining specifics. We heard many great things from friends about Kenosha Subaru and were impressed with everyone’s knowledge.
