Everything was good! Service was was excellent. Suggestions for further service needed was explained. Adam offered to schedule the service right away. The waiting room was a little crowded. But it might have been a busy time of the day!

"Top quality service, fair pricing"

Jack is by far the best service advisor I've worked with an any of my cars at any dealership in 30 years. When estimates are given, pricing is clearly laid out, items needed to address are categorized in order of importance and service advisors talk slowly and clearly. The technicians here are the best I've worked with an any of my cars in 30 years. They're honest and thorough. Work is always done to an expertly completed level. Repairs and parts are always explained clearly in a manner for the customer to understand. Jack makes every effort to make expensive repairs affordable and helps to prioritize them when I don't have enough budget to pay for everything at the same time.

Adam is awesome!!! He even showed me how to fix the clock that has been off for 8min since I got the car. He even recommended getting my car detailed. I appreciated the extra effort he does taking time to dry off the car too!

"Fantastic above and beyond normal"

Two and a half days before leaving on a two week vacation to southern Mississippi I brought my car in for a suspected radiator leak. Turned out the radiator was fine, but upon the mechanics inspection discovered two major engine problems I was not aware of. This required a new timing chain cover and a complete short block. Extremely rare problem, and very costly. Outback was still under warranty and parts were shipped overnight to complete repairs so we could take our car on vacation. I was amazed, never had service like this from any other dealer in my 72 years. This dealership has been very professional and personal since I have been going to them., would recommend them to anyone. All cars have trouble from time to time, even Subaru. Just not as often as others. They could have told me the repairs were going to take longer and that I would have understood. They did not, and I will not forget it. Thanks again Kenosha Subaru for going the extra mile. Vacation was Great. And also a special thanks to the mechanic who explained everything to me and did a superb job.

I went there for oil change on a Saturday appointment and I was out of there in 30 minute, service was very fast, and they even did an excellent complimentary car wash .
