"Excellent"

Adam was excellent. He was courtesy, honest and very patient with all my questions. He gave what I believe was good advice and recommendations for the work I needed. I felt that he was not trying to "over sell" and understood my budget. He broke down all the required services in a timeline so that I didn't feel overwhelmed by the cost or the needed services. I hope that Adam is recognized for her professionalism as I find him to be a true asset to Subaru.

"Making things convenient"

I have been servicing my Subaru at this dealership for a few years and they always make it convenient to service my car here. I went for a 75k service, which was going to take about 90-120 minutes. I was going to wait around and I mentioned that I needed to pick up my daughters from school and that it could not go past the 2 hour mark. She immediately said they can get me a loaner so that I don't have to be worried or rushed. I took the loaner and got a call when, my car was done. Much easier than waiting around.

"Service "

After taking my car there for what ended up being a warranty repair the car was still not running the way I expected. We took the car back and worked with the service manager and service advisor to end up coming to a satisfying resolution. Although it took two trips they were more than willing to listen and work on getting the car running the way it should. We appreciated their time and commitment to making us satisfied customers.

"Expectations were met !"

At my appointment time I was greeted courteously and discussed the work to be done. I also had a small scratch by the door handle that marred the otherwise perfect look of my new car. I felt Adam understood my frustration and said it was fixable. When car was returned the scratch was gone, car was washed, work was completed and I was on my way.

"Courteous and timely"

I have only had great experiences at this dealer. The service department is great and the employees really care about you. They are great with getting a loaner too for longer service appointments. My Dad was a service manager for his whole career and he would be impressed with Kenosha Subaru.

"Great Service"

Had to replace one tire because of road hazard damage. Call the dealership and their price was the cheapest. Love the service department because the service advisers are extremely friendly and they always explain the work being performed on your car. It took less than 45 minutes for the tire replacement.
