When I called to inquire whether an Integra type S was on the lot, I was told flatly “no,” with no further information. Preowned buyer beware! We purchased a vehicle from Keys used inventory. Within 20 minutes during the drive home the “check engine” light came on. I immediately called my sa We purchased a vehicle from Keys used inventory. Within 20 minutes during the drive home the “check engine” light came on. I immediately called my salesperson Rawle, who asked me to pull over and turn the vehicle on/off to clear the message. WHAT?!?!? Frantic calls to the local Dodge dealers got me in for a diagnosis scan that revealed transmission issues, radiator problems and a whole list of other items, as well as a jaw dropping comment that it had been in an accident. Really? The Autocheck report showed no accidents :( I hit the road to return the vehicle within my 3 day limit. The sad part is, the dishonesty. Bad vehicles are traded in-I get that. But when a list of diagnosis codes are found, and yet it “passed” state inspection-that’s taking advantage. Fast forward 3 weeks, and I’m still fighting for a reimbursement and no responses from the General Manager Paul Anderson on a key fob they refused to include in the purchase so I could have 2 keys. Key Acuras reviews show happy customers for brand new purchases-but they need to pick up their game on used inventory sales. More
