Tyler was great. Good communication, friendly, explained the process well. Management and financing was an absolutely joke. They refused to honor the pricing on their website and in addition told me that corporate required me to buy an additional $1999 in coverages that I 100% didn’t want. They would not budge even though this was false advertising and not mentioned in their website pricing. After purchase, I looked at the extra coverage pages. It states on the bottom that it’s NOT required to purchase these. My trade-in was also given at least $500 less than Kelly blue book estimate for a trade-in and that was AFTER I got them to increase their offer price. I would never ever, ever do business with these crooks again. Instead of leaving happy with a new car, I’m angry and spent so much more than I planned based on their website pricing, all while hearing “this is the cheapest price around” which is NOT true. More
