We brought in our month old Jeep Grand Cherokee L because of a mouse issue which they wouldn’t help us with. We also needed an alignment and balance which took longer than they kept telling us. Brought a Dodge 1500 with diesel into a dealer down in Danvers mass named Herb Chambers. They sat on it for four weeks didn’t do a thing.
