I had the worst experience in my 40 years of buying new vehicles every 3 years or so! Found dealership dirty, salesman incompetent with information and manager just as bad with paperwork! I brought my truck in for a recall service but also had a request. I was trying to find out how to fold down the back seat in my 1500. I explained that to the service writer. The overall recall service to request. I was trying to find out how to fold down the back seat in my 1500. I explained that to the service writer. The overall recall service took about 30 minutes and, when it was done, the service tech came in to give me my keys and explain everything to me, including that the back of the back seat doesn't fold down but then explained how to install car seats. I will always bring my Ram here for service work and highly recommend the service department More

Nice staff, polite, timely accuraye eork done, however was not given a loaner, $800 plus repair well should have been warrantied. Too many gremlins with this and my business other 4 leased Jeeps.
