Waited 2 1/2 hours past for an oil change and tire rotation. Paid for 6 oil changes when I bought the truck. It wasn’t in the computer so I had to pay for it. After having a not so satisfactory few visits last year, I had some work done on my Jeep this week and I am happy to say I have seen some improvements in the shop with the new team there.
