At no point was Jose pushy about making a sale just asking general questions of what I had in mind. The whole time Jose was very kind and helpful with all my questions and concerns. I had to leave cause of other commitments but I came back with my fiance later on that day and ended up buying the new tuscon at this dealership cause of the great customer service me and my fiance encountered. He did not pressure us, as we made it clear we were there only to test drive. However, when we drove the Santa Fe Sport that he showed us, we were interested and asked him to work up a quote. We signed a lease on the test car we drove. This was due to the very good price we were given for the car. We like the service plan that the dealership offers; it was one of the factors that led us to decide on that car. Needless to say, we were very pleased with the car, with Matt, and with the dealership. More
