A+ minus one important missing piece of information. When I entered Key Hyundai I was checking out what was available. I was looking for a Veloster or an Elantra GT. At that point I met Scott Vogel who When I entered Key Hyundai I was checking out what was available. I was looking for a Veloster or an Elantra GT. At that point I met Scott Vogel who was at the door on a break. Scott listened to my story and gave me the opportunity to test drive both cars. He asked me an important question. Which car would I prefer to own. I said a Veloster. His response was to work with me to put me in that car. At no time did I feel Scott pushing me in one direction or another. I said I wanted it in red. He said he had one in the back lot. Then as they say it was magic. Scott worked all the numbers. This includes the finance numbers. At that point Scott sat back and allowed me the space to make my own decision. I ended up purchasing the Veloster. I drove it home on the same day. My experience with Key Hyundai and Scott Vogel was outstanding. Now for my "minus one important missing piece of information." One week later I drove the car to Florida. While exploring all the nooks and crannies of my Veloster imagine my surprise to find that my Veloster came without a spare tire. It came with a Flat Tire Repair Kit. I don't remember having been told that. I don't remember being offered what options I had to remedy this. I am not convinced on the idea of a Repair Kit. I would have preferred a spare. More

These guys work with you I'm a returning customer who had a 2008 Hyundai Elantra and I was looking to take advantage of some of the Black Friday specials the Key Hyundai deale I'm a returning customer who had a 2008 Hyundai Elantra and I was looking to take advantage of some of the Black Friday specials the Key Hyundai dealership was running. I ran into Ronnie and he helped me find the 2017 Hyundai Sonata that I wanted. One of the must-have features I wanted was remote start and Ronnie sold me on Blue Link and it's capabilities. I was happy throughout the purchase process, but it did take a while to get everything done. I was there for about 4-5 hours, but it was well worth it. After driving off the lot, I learned from Blue Link that the remote start functionality requires you to have remote start installed in your vehicle. I was not happy since this meant I wouldn't have the 1 feature I wanted most and went to talk to Ronnie about it. Ronnie was professional and understood my concerns. He immediately went to talk to his manager and apologized for the misinformation. The dealership offered to have remote start installed in my car for free and I was very pleased. The installation didn't take long at all and I ended up with the car I wanted. I've been going to this dealership for over 8 years and they have always treated me with respect. I look forward to working with the team there for a few years :). More
