Nancy was very helpful through the whole experience and answered all questions and concerns, and went out of her way to find me the right car for my needs, I ended up going with a 2018 Corolla (the dealership has more than Hyundais available for used cars.) Tom was very helpful in finding the right financing and both gave tips and insights I wouldn’t have thought to ask. Special concerns (don't dent/scratch/snap/break or otherwise damage) were carefully maintained by this dealer. Work was done on time and on budget. Items were changed that were not neccessary. I went in to have a front end alignment and fix my brakes cause my brake pedal was going to the floor. It was first suggested after a diagnoses, to fl I went in to have a front end alignment and fix my brakes cause my brake pedal was going to the floor. It was first suggested after a diagnoses, to flush my brake line and change my pads. Diagnoses , flush $400.00. Didn't work, Next change the rear right caliper and while they were at it should change the brake pads, Another $400.00. Also didn't work. after talking with Ford it was suggested to change the other caliper and that took care of the problem, $1200.00 later. My mechanic told me my brake pads were fine when he changed the tires the day before I took the car into the dealership. He also said the first flush was a joke . He said I definitely overpaid by $300.00 to $400.00. Never again, Wayne Dunn was very friendly and helpful and gave me a loaner vehicle because it took a week to get my vehicle back. If you do go for service. I recommend dealing with Wayne. More
