I paid for my car to be ceramic coated when purchased ($550) which requires being left inside for 12-24 hours before being driven for it to cure properly. My car was supposed to be ready for pickup at 9AM on a Saturday morning and it was not ready until about 10:30. This was agreed upon the Wednesday before. When going over the car during delivery, myself and the salesman noted there were a lot of swirls and dirty spots all over the car. Looked like cheap spray wax was used. The interior was still dirty. He sent it back to the detailing department and the car was returned within minutes in the same condition. Service department never put an inspection sticker on either. The low oil level light came on when leaving. I had to add over 2 qts of oil to get it to read on the dipstick. There is sticker on the windshield that shows it was just changed by them before the car was sold. The low tire pressure warning came on. The tires were just replaced by them before the car was sold..I asked for my money back for the ceramic coating but the General Manager said he will not do it. He said I could return for an oil change and they could re-do the ceramic coating but it would take a couple hours (this service does not take 2 hours if done properly). The car was not prepared the day before like I was told it would be and it’s obvious the car was never ceramic coated. I do not trust their workmanship after this experience. I told him I’d get my own oil change done and have the also pay for my own inspection elsewhere, just refund the ceramic coating cost, but he still refused. To be fair, the salesman I had was great. But everyone else who supports him in prepping and delivering the vehicle dropped the ball. There are some good car dealerships out there, but Key Hyundai is not one of them. They’re exactly like all the other greedy dishonest dealerships you’ve heard about. More

I nrought my car that was not leaking oil im for a recall and it was returned to me with oil pouring out and wires disconnected and hanging I was told my car which is a 2008 and had no issues before going to and it was returned to me with oil pouring out and wires disconnected and hanging I was told my car which is a 2008 and had no issues before going to Key Hyundai was and I quote old so what did I expect now my calls are sent to voicemail and the 800 customer service numbers keep referring me to another 800 number the fact that key hyundai refuses to acknowledge and rectify the isaue they created is atrocious I have owned a Hyundai for the last 30 years and my experience with key Hyundai which is going ro an attorney has pushed me to buy a Honda while my Hyundai sits in my driveway rendered undrivable because of the incompetence of their mechanics and their service advisor and service managers refusal to address and correct their mistake Customer service does not exist at this location as I was made to feel as if I was at fault for maintaining my Hyundai and only drive about 2000 miles a year so if your vehicle is not brand new they treat it with disrespect even when you bring it with the original battery terminal covers on which they apparently threw away More
