Poor customer service in sales - dealership did not handle auto loan well at all. We tried to use our Bank of America-issued loan, but manager David Flowers refused to use our loan paperwork and tried handle auto loan well at all. This slowed down our buying process and we ended up waiting in the dealership for over 4 hours in one day. Also, although we stated while buying the car that we needed it by a certain date, the dealership did not make an effort to expedite our purchase and did not contact us with an ETA of when the car would be ready (we had to call them instead).
