Hi Emmet, we regret to hear about your experience with our dealership. Unfortunately, some of the issues you experienced were outside of the dealership's control. The bank you arranged financing with (Bank of America) had an internal error in their system that prevented us from using your pre-approval. We were simply following the steps they requested we follow which is why the loan had to be redone. Also, the state you reside in does not acknowledge a temporary plate and required physical plates before you could take delivery of your new car. We're unable to dictate how quickly the DMV processes paperwork and plates. If we had any control over this, we most certainly would've attempted to have your car ready at the desired date. We appreciate your feedback and hope this adds some insight as to why your experience didn't go as well as we would've hoped for.
