Willingness to work with customer on scheduling appointment. Lug nuts always torqued correctly whenever wheels removed and reinstalled. NO stripped or over or undertorqued lug nuts on wheels. No oil residue shows up in driveway after oil change. Any oil spills during change that drip onto the frame rail always wiped up. Very courteous after pointing something out even if I want to do the work myself. Very attentive to recalls after 12 years even if car not bought there. Parts department is excellent too. If I call ahead, parts are waiting. Even provided info when I held off buying part. More
