We waited in the waiting room for 4 hours on the 1st appointment unnecessarily and the next appointment told service after we were told an hour at the door we would get a ride and the girl kept saying it wouldn't be long. They really need to get their customer service procedures in order, I was going to look at another Hyundai while I was there but after these 2 episodes I will go buy a car at another dealer More

Not to good. I got an oil change and ask them to check my rear hatch . Have trouble opening it. at the end of the service the tech a new young women . I asked her if they checked the hatch opener and she said I think its broken and I said broke she said ya but I said it opens I have differerculty opening it . Well do you know about how much it would cost to fix and she said probably alot of money and didn't even give me an estimate or anything. More
