Best Service, They really care and Fred Almonte is the Best Went in to get service on my Super Duty F-250 Diesel Truck, the engine light came on today , while on the way home from my wife's doctors appointment. Went in to get service on my Super Duty F-250 Diesel Truck, the engine light came on today , while on the way home from my wife's doctors appointment. She has been in and out of the doctors and the hospital recently. They still do not know what is wrong with her and we have been really worried and stressed over it. The last thing we needed today ,was for my truck engine light to come on. And not know what the problem is. Only to find out- it is a pump that is needed to fix the truck. This part is on back order and they are not sure 100% ,when this part will be in? It would be bad to even drive the truck I currently own home. Since this part we need could go bad at any moment. And the truck engine would Fail. My wife was super upset. Since she has been in the hospital recently. And she has several more test to come. Fred Altmonte, helped us before -when we purchased the super duty two years ago. He calmed my wife right down. Fred said, "don't worry, we will take care of you." And they did!!! They helped us make the right decision and trade in my 2011 super duty, for a pre-owned 2015 Lariat F-150 Super- crew. It is super nice looking. My wife loves it and so do I. It is metallic green with tan leather seats. This truck is loaded. Like what we had, in the Super Duty but a better deal. It is also perfect for our two dogs. Lots of room in the back seat. We are grateful to Fred and the Dealership for staying late and assisting us. Fred got Doug Faber and Jim Roberts involved and they got us a great deal on this vehicle. Jim made sure we received a warranty , extended maintenance and tire coverage in case of damage to the tires and gap coverage. He was very friendly and helpful and explained everything in detail. This Dealer has been great to us. We referred my parents to Fred and he has helped them in the past as well. I would highly recommend Fred and The Key Scales Dealership to my friends and Family. He was very pleasant to speak with, and assured me that he could help. I told him I would arrive at the dealership at 9:00 AM. He met me at the door, with a fresh, well rested appearance. He brought me to his desk and within thirty minutes he walked me to the vehicle I told him I was interested in. He answered all my questions and gave me a wealth of information regarding the vehicle I was interested in. He must have walked back and forth with me many times to compare vehicles. He was not impatient, curt, or short with me. He smiled during the entire grueling process of selecting the vehicle. He then walked with me back to his desk, and the paperwork began. He was ever aware of my personal needs, and offered beverages and suggested I take a break if I needed to. Three hours later, I drove away in my new 2017 Fusion Titanium.
