I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised with our experience at Key Scales Ford in Leesburg. My husband made contact with the salesman Richard Rysell, and several phone calls and a few days later, we drove off the lot with our new 2016 Ford Escape. Richard was very professional, patient with questions, and interested in providing us with the exact car we wanted. Dan Shuten helped with with the financing paperwork, and he too was friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. Key Scales is our new favorite Ford Dealer. More
