good service, - bad sales dept. After my recent service (on both of my Keyes Hyundai cars) I was referred to a sales person to talk about the new Ionic, he was awful, his name was Jo After my recent service (on both of my Keyes Hyundai cars) I was referred to a sales person to talk about the new Ionic, he was awful, his name was Johnny, too bad Jimmy in service recommended/referred him. I had a horrible experience with Johnny, absolutely the worst. Pushy, and did not seem to want to do anything other than have me come in with both of my vehicles to make a deal. I explained to him that both vehicles were purchased there at that location and all my info was on the computer. I expected a call with a worked up deal scenario - 5 days later I get a call pushing me to come into the dealership, because, as he put it, he could not look up my car package info, utter BS! I explained to him that Richard in sales had tried to work out a new deal for me late last year just based on what he could find out through your own records. Unfortunately for Richard the Ionic was not out so I was not ultimately convinced the new deal was worth it. SO now I am, or was motivated, and Johnny messed that up. 3 years and two cars later and I am seriously wondering why I should give Keyes Hyundai anymore business of mine. More
