Purchased my initial Volvo from them 4 years ago. It was time for another Volvo. Began the process on the phone on Friday and drove the car home Saturday morning. I have owned a number of high end cars - Mercedes, Infiniti, Acura, and Buicks. This is my first Volvo and I have been pleased with every part of Keystone's customer program. I had looked at a numbe Infiniti, Acura, and Buicks. This is my first Volvo and I have been pleased with every part of Keystone's customer program. I had looked at a number of new cars before I settled on the Volvo. I prefer front wheel drive because of the better traction in bad weather. The fold down rear seat was either not available or a $500 option on other cars in this class. It is standard with Volvo. I found the front seats to be more comfortable than those of my Mercedes or BMW. I just drove to Palm Beach, FL and back so I can attest to their comfort on a long trip. Add to all this, the price of my loaded S80 was at least $10,000 less than the Mercedes E series and the BMW 5 series. My sales rep was most informative and I never felt any pressure to make a purchase. The follow up after the sale and the service has been first rate. With my Mercedes, an oil change would run $500 or more with all the "extra" things the dealer found that needed fixing. Never had a problem with Keystone, as the estimates are accurate and any problems are taken care of. Ken Upton has been my service manager the last few times the car has been in, and he goes out his way to make sure everything is right for me. I would certainly put Keystone at the top of the list for my next car and have recommended Keystone to my friends who are in the market for a car. If you are up for traveling outside the country, I think Volvo has one of the best overseas delivery plans of any car company. We may take advantage of it for our next purchase. Been to a lot of places but never to Sweden. Can't think of a better excuse to go there. More

Great experience buying this Volvo for my wife for Christmas. Dave drove the car home for me on Christmas eve so that I could pick it up on Christmas morning to surprise her. I purchased a Volvo S60 T6 R-Design from KeystoneMotors today. I came to Keystone cold, without a reference and with general skepticism born of experience dealing with other car dealers in the area. Dave Jurgensen cheerfully greeted me and my wife as we looked around the welcoming showroom floor. I told him we were interested in purchasing a Volvo S-60 but needed to take delivery within only a couple days due to a family holiday trip. Dave immediately earned our trust by demonstrating his complete command of the details surrounding Volvo vehicles, their features and operations as well as the company itself. He accompanied us on a test drive and let the car sell itself to us -- pointing out the positives and explaining negatives of the vehicle in a fair and objective way. He stayed late one night to go through a vehicle locator database and worked with me over the phone to review nearly 30 vehicles to determine whether they met my specifications and whether they could be delivered in time for our trip. He was completely responsive, easy to communicate with and never tried to sell me on anything (which he easily could have done given our need to buy a new car before our family trip) but instead answered every question I had and kept at the search overnight into the next day. While Dave was a fountain of information, he was an even better listener and picked up on all my cues and concerns. He offered reasonable options and choices but was always careful not to push me in any direction. When it came time to providing a quote, Dave was straightforward, transparent about what he could and couldn't do and reasonable. There was no haggling or pressure whatsoever yet I felt like I received a below market average price. From the moment we walked into Keystone, Dave worked hard to give us the information we requested, to earn our trust and to be respectful of our needs and requirements. This continued through this morning when, during a holiday lunch buffet the dealership held for its employees in the showroom, Dave spent two hours with me providing me with a comprehensive orientation on the operation of the vehicle. Above all else, he knew the product he was selling inside and out and was less interested in making the sale than in making sure we had had a good experience. He also laid the foundation for the future owner/dealer relationship that comes with making an automobile purchase. Having never known of Dave Jurgensen, his manager Benjamin Stein or KeystoneMotors until a few days ago, I can say I am incredibly impressed by the way they conducted themselves and the lengths to which they went to make my new car purchase an easy and enjoyable experience.
