New car for an awesome mom My mother who will do anything for her kids no matter how pld we get ventured on a weekend to finally do something for herslef. For 3 weekends in a row we shopped and test drove and looked. It was stressfull. Finally we went to kia and wanda helped us out so much. She was patient and understanding. She went to bat for us and even got my mother into a 2019 that has a CD player. My mother is old school and loves her church CDs. The experience was amazing and i would highly reccomend kia of columbus. I do not remember the name of the guy she was training but he was awesome also. He must have ran and brought up atleast 10 different ones for us to look at and test drive. Talk about a cardio kind of day for him. ;) More

Sales Manager I do not remember the sales manager i had to deal with but he was a total JERK !!! I was not going to buy the truck because of this unprofessional sm I do not remember the sales manager i had to deal with but he was a total JERK !!! I was not going to buy the truck because of this unprofessional smart mouth but my wife convinced me not to let a jerk stop me from getting the truck i wanted. The salesman was first class and really worked with me, it is terrible that he has to work with a sales manager with the attitude this guy has. My son is looking for a truck now but i will make sure he knows not to go KIA of Columbus. I know this guy is costing this place sales. More

Yes I too was wary and biased going in ready to do battle with a smarmy salesman more interested in helping himself than my family. I stand corrected. Mr, Phillip Michael Futrell is not only a considerate salesman (and yes a fellow USMC Veteran) but his knowledge, expertise and people skills made me feel like I was talking to my brother and had the inside track on a family discount. I did my homework going in and Mr. Futrell fired on all cylinders and gave me something I didn't expect...the truth. Now I know I can "Buy Right By Phil!" The word "satisfied" doesn't begin to define my experience. Thank you KIA Autosport Columbus on your wise choice to have Mr. Phillip Michael Futrell in your employ. I now have a '"go to" dealership, friend and brother on the inside who takes the time to satisfy all of my automotive needs. I am giving five (5) stars only because of this man in full.
