They knew the parameters of the sale, and they made it happen! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The entire dealership is customer friendly. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and Kia Autosport by far is the best dealership I have experienced. Brenda Nappi Brenda is always willing to help in any way she can. I had my 2016 Sorento serviced there every 5000 miles. She explains exactly what will be done and the cost. If there is something extra, she comes out and explains it in detail, so there is never any surprises. They are prompt with taking your vehicle into the service department. While you wait, they provide refreshments, free wifi, and a TV. Now the dealership has built a laser car wash, and you get the basic car wash free when you leave. What more can you ask for! Brenda is an asset to Kia Autosport. Phillip Futrell Phillip was very helpful and after we talked on the phone, I drove down to Columbus. The Sorento that I was looking at online was pulled and was parked out in front of the dealership, waiting for me to arrive. He showed me what was included. Once the deal was made, he had some young ladies set up my iPhone with UVO. He also made my first service appt. and handed me a handwritten sheet with the date and time on it. Filled the gas tank, and the car was clean! He took care of getting my old license plate, and he put on the temporary license plate. He thought of everything! Phillip is an asset to Kia Autosport. Chase Fair Chase is what I call the deal maker. He is very personable, and I never felt any pressure from him nor did I feel rushed. I might mention that the showroom was buzzing with customers. He took his time, explained the deal, and then made the deal happen. He stayed with the deal even when we discovered I had frozen my credit! Chase is a professional and an asset to Kia Autosport. John Betts was very friendly and helpful. Even though I used my credit union to finance the car, he worked with them and made it so easy!!!! I know he had to be tired and it was a late Friday afternoon, but he worked until everything was done. I was able to drive my new Sorento home. John is an asset to Kia Autosport. More
Terrible Customer Service I walked on the lot April 21st looking to buy a car, and was shown several vehicles. I test drove the Kia Sportage which I loved. I told the sales representative that I worked with what my price range was ($15K-$16K), I was told the price of the car ($18K) and they made it sound like no big deal. I spoke to the Sales Manager Chase about my intended down payment and monthly payment needs, and he went to work looking for a finance option. After about 30 minutes I asked the sales representative that I was working with to find out the out the door price if I was to bring cash back in later that day. I waited about 15 more minutes and never heard anything so I walked out. For a company that advertises themselves as being completely transparent, they sure missed the mark on that. I called back Monday morning to speak with Chase about my finance options I was informed they had secured a financing package, which was just outrageous (84 months). When I brought up the reason I had walked out he was quite rude and refused to listen to my concerns. When I brought up my concern about being shown cars outside my price range ($15K-$16K) he asked me why I was talking to him about a car that had already been sold. For a family owned business in a town the size of Columbus I wasn't treated with much respect, You expect to be treated like just another sale in a bigger city, but in a town where reputation is everything I wouldn't recommend Kia AutoSport to anybody I know looking to buy a car. More

Worst experience at a dealership ever! Horrible customer service! First off, I made an appointment to come view a vehicle. Once my wife and I both used our lunchbreaks coming to the dealership, the salesman took her vehicle for appraisal, and then came out to tell us that the vehicle wasn't there. the Manager had taken the vehicle to a meeting and wouldn't be back until later in the evening. That's a huge waste of our time, what is the point of setting up an appointment for a specific vehicle if it's not going to be anywhere around? I could understand if it was out on a test drive by another customer or something but gone for the day? Secondly, After speaking to a manager he said let us get your appraisal and see what we can do, I agreed to do that. Then our sales person came back after all of this to give us our "appraisal" for our vehicle, and instead of bringing me a paper with the numbers or anything like that he simply sat down and said we can probably do 11 or 12K..... What the xxxx? Very unprofessional and very Skirmish. This is the first and last time I or anyone of my family step foot into this dealership. Never again! More

Wonderful Buying Experience I went to the dealership looking for the car I found on their website. Bad at first, great in the end Went in there to look at their Dodge Ram 2500. Told us they needed a down payment since me and my fiancé were co-signing and had decent credit. Went back and they told us they wouldn’t touch us at all. Complete waste of time. Shortly after we left the dealership they raised the price of the truck $2,000. Went back a week later to bring the truck to a mechanic, after being told the truck was in great condition we proceeded to purchase the truck with out side financing. Except this time, instead of dealing with Tyler who was very sneaky and didn’t want to make the sale, we worked with Phillip who was professional and made buying the truck very easy. Buying the truck was easy and when we left that night Phillip said he would be in touch in the next few days and get us the spare key. This was about three weeks ago!!! I have left several messages and voicemails with no return call. I just called today and now am being told there is no spare key! Really?!!! As Phillip may have made buying my truck easy there has not been any follow up whatsoever!! More

I was met by Derrick Riley, and from the start I told him to give me the best price, out the door with no BS. "I help you, you help me". And he did. Within just a few hours, in time for lunch, I drove home in a new Kia Optima S, the first car I walked up to. I am so glad I decided to give Kia of Columbus and Derrick a shot. Derrick worked to give me the best deal possible. Unlike like Bmw where they reached a point and wouldn't budge, even the finance rep Mr. Betts at Kia did his best. Derrick was involved in all aspects of the sale even helping connect ing my phone to the car's media system and ensuring my wife was happy with the car I chose as well. To this day when I have questions and call, he is there to answer them and takes his time. I played the game to test his professionalism, knowledge, patience and honesty. Well mannered, spoken and clean-cut. First good impressions are always important. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I'd recommend a Kia to anyone who is looking for a reliable, quality, good in value for your money, with a great warranty, car. No regrets up to this point.
