Salesman Terris Rease was very friendly and helpful in helping me find the right vehicle. Terris listened to me, as to what I was needing and what kind of payment plan I was looking for. This was a big plus for me as he was not pushy like most salesmen are, which I find a big turn-off. I had my 73 year old mother with me, since one of the reasons for me buying a Kia was to make sure she did not have any problems getting in or out of the vehicle, as she is handicapped and I am needing to take her to and from her doctors appointments. Terris took me out to the lot and showed me all the Kia Sorentos that were available I picked out a color and we took a test drive in a 2014 Kia Sorrento in which I absolutely fell in love with. Bob Zimmerman helped with the financing of the vehicle and in my opinion gave me the best financing available and not only that but also offered me a great maintenance package. Bob was also very friendly and helpful. Terris and Bob both took their time in explaining everything to me in detailed., which I appreciate very much. In my opinion both men are very professional and know their product well. There are 3 reasons I decided to go with a Kia. 1-I had a Kia Sorrento that was 13 years old and I never had a problem or any issues with. Which in my opinion means that Kia makes reliable vehicles 2-With the way our economy is going I try to buy what I can that is made in AMERICA. I like the fact the the 2014 Kia Sorrento that I purchases is manufactured in Georgia 3-The maintenance department that Kia Auto Sport in Pensacola has is one of the best. The worst part of any car purchase is the paperwork and money aspect, but Bob was outstanding! Every time I've ever bought a car, the last guy you see just beats you up about various different tack-on expenses...but not Bob. He was patient, answered all of my questions and was very honest with us, in terms of what would be a good fit for us and what we really didn't need. I loved it so much that I was bragging to my best friend Tiffany Hart about my experience that the very next day 2/14/14 she went to the lot and bought her a vehicle 2010 Kia Forte Black in color. My mother in law Arlene Lamont also will be coming Saturday 2/29/14 to buy her one. I worked with the online salesman and received a price I liked, making it worth driving to Pensacola from Niceville in the rain. We arrived and were greeted by a different salesperson who was apparently ass liked, making it worth driving to Pensacola from Niceville in the rain. We arrived and were greeted by a different salesperson who was apparently assigned to close the deal. We were a bit confused and concerned when we didn't have the same salesman we dealt with online. We were happy to learn the online deal was still good though and after driving the car we wanted, with all the options we asked for, it was put down in writing. It took a while to complete paperwork and I was not thrilled about having to ring the bell. In addition, I was shocked when preparing to leave in the new car that it did NOT have a full tank of gas. The salesman informed me they were only authorized to put in $30 worth. It seems pretty cheap to not bother filling the tank, especially when we drove from another city to purchase a $20K+ car from Kia. It is the last part of the deal when we leave the dealer so it leaves a lasting impression. I'd recommend they rethink that poor policy, if that is what it is. If not for the initial confusion and the lack of a full tank, the ratings may have been maxed out. Everything else about the experience was good. MM More
