My fiance and I visited many dealers between Florida and Chicago. We researched, drove and priced several different manufacturers and their respective vehicles which appeared to fit our needs. We contacte Chicago. We researched, drove and priced several different manufacturers and their respective vehicles which appeared to fit our needs. We contacted Kia Autosport in Pensacola and spoke with Elysia and was notified of any specials. I then met with Murray who patiently showed me several vehicles even after I told him I would not be buying a car on this date. He kept me current on promotions and specials as well. On the day we decided to make a final decision, we worked with Joe who was very personable and knowledgeable about the Kia brand. He helped us to find the car which fit our needs and desires. After settling on the car, the finance department quickly met our needs, financially, and without a stressful car buying situation, we left in a brand new Kia Optima. Thanks!! More

veh taken in for oil change. service written for, and I paid for, tire rotation. Prior to this, right rear tire had unique mark on tire at valve stem due to tire repair at same dealership. After service co paid for, tire rotation. Prior to this, right rear tire had unique mark on tire at valve stem due to tire repair at same dealership. After service completed, mark was in same place, right rear. The charged for, but did not complete rotation. Returned vehicle and reluctantly was refunded. Don't know abour you, but they lost my trust and business. More

I would have loved to give "greats" across the board but my experience wasn't exactly how I wanted it. I arrived requesting to see 3 specific cars which were shown to be in stock on the web site. board but my experience wasn't exactly how I wanted it. I was greeted at the door by Murry and he immediately took me to a desk to get paperwork done to see where I fall financial wise. He then went to his manager and came back with keys to a completely different car than what I requested from the beginning. His reason being that his manager suggested he show me that car (2010 Chevy Impala) over the main car I came to look at (2004 Chevy Impala). During the test drive I told him the car was too much for me and I didn't need all the bells and whistles that came with it. He asked me how he could make things better and I told him to show me the car that I actually came to see. He then got the keys for the 2004 Impala and let me test drive it and I was very please with it so we started the paperwork for it. After about an hour of waiting Richard comes and introduces himself and tells me that in order to get the car I'd have to deviate from my original plans written on the paperwork I filled out upon arrival. When I questioned the reasoning behind it he discovered they were trying to finance the wrong car. He went back into the office and they started working on the numbers for the correct car and almost an hour later another man introduced himself to me and gave me the final rundown of what was needed to get the car I wanted. I agreed and signed and we waited for the finance department to call my salesman's name so we could finalize the sale. That took a little longer than expected but the outcome was much better than what I was originally told so I am thankful for that. Overall it wasn't a horrible experience but it wasn't great. They need to listen to the customer better and cater to the customer more instead of pushing pricey cars that may be out of their budget on them. More

No sales pressure was a MAJOR reason I listened and learned of the KIA models and the Sorento in particular.
