In June I bought my first car from here and I can say I made a GREAT choice. I had a terrible experience with another Kia dealership but I am glad I came to Pensacola to purchase my car. I would recommend everyone to go to him to purchase a car. Overall, everyone was GREAT even though LB was my sales associate a couple others came and conversed with us while we waited for everything to be processed. They all talked to me as if they knew me personally which is a good thing. Even though I am a young adult and VERY picky about EVERYTHING I would recommend this dealership and LB to everyone. More

Don't buy into the tires for life they wait till 70,000 miles before they replace them. So you have to drive with slick tires for months. We even had one bust because it had wore down so bad. My visit to the dealership was to purchase a previously owned KIA Soul. I should have been better prepared for the price quoted. I felt I should have been made aware of some comparison figures between the owned KIA Soul. I should have been better prepared for the price quoted. I felt I should have been made aware of some comparison figures between the 2011 and the 2012 Soul before I purchased. The sales agent informed me that he was not made aware of prices until I selected one particular vehicle. At which time I didn't know if I received a fair purchase price. Tim is the salesman whom I placed my trust on purchasing the vehicle. Never at any time did I feel pressured to buy . I set out to buy a Soul and I did just that.
