I went in to get the recall on my 2010 Soul fixed. While there we looked at the 2013 Soul and Abby came over and was talking to us. She was telling us about it and so we thought. Abby was so friendly and helpful she could how nervous we were and she put us at ease. Anything we asked no matter how many times we might have asked the same question it was no bother to her. She did not seem to be the pushy sales person you get at some dealerships. I would send anyone looking to buy a new car to see her as a sales person. Everyone we met while visiting this Kia AutoSport Pensacola was simply amazing. More

I had a car with which I was not happy and had been looking for several months for an car that I could afford but was a little larger than what I had. I had been to 2 other dealerships and visited sev looking for several months for an car that I could afford but was a little larger than what I had. I had been to 2 other dealerships and visited several online. I emailed regarding a used Kia Forte and in just a short time I was contacted by this dealership. We emailed and texted for several days and we were finally able to set up an appointment (I live 2 hours from the dealership). I had already been "jerked around" by the Kia dealership in Daphne and was not expecting the reception we received when we arrived at the dealership. Matt and Don treated us with respect and answered any and all questions we had. I bought a 2014 Kia Forte at a price that is very reasonable and while we were waiting to see Jenn in finance, we were checked on repeatedly and Don even detailed our new car. Everyone that we encountered went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to make sure we were comfortable. This dealership went above what is expected and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

Excellent sales and management service. Eric Novak was very informative, professional, friendly, but not at all pushy - the "gentle giant" is how I heard someone "in very good humor" refer to him... After searching for the best deal I could find on a Kia Soul, a car I have wanted for a very long time, I had come to the conclusion I could not afford one because it seemed everyone from Fort Walton Beach Soul, a car I have wanted for a very long time, I had come to the conclusion I could not afford one because it seemed everyone from Fort Walton Beach, FL to Mobile, AL had deals but none in my price range. I was at the point of settling for something else when I received a phone call from Elysia Clark. She was the first person I talked to in a month that wasn't trying to sell me her deal, but asked me what I was looking for specifically. When I told her and the prices I had been given by other dealers, she told me that Kia Autosport cound get me a new Kia Soul for the middle of my price range and that I should come in and talk to her or Dave Clarida. So I went in on a Saturday and Dave was very upfront and gave me a quote that was exactly where Elysia said it would be. No hassle, no need to hassle. After checking all around for a new Kia Soul of my specifications, I knew the deal they offered was the best deal in town, as well as all of the surrounding towns. Now guess who will be getting my business when it comes to trading in the wife's van :) See you then Elysia! More
