Poor service I had my vehicle serviced on February 18, 2017. I waited for over 5 hours. Service people were rude. Left with a dirty vehicle; I called to inform ser I had my vehicle serviced on February 18, 2017. I waited for over 5 hours. Service people were rude. Left with a dirty vehicle; I called to inform service manager...he NEVER called me back. I will NEVER return to this dealership again and I will not make another purchase from them. Poor service! I would like to thank "Brian Buxton" for constantly checking on me and for his apologies for my experience. Reggie called the guys in the bay...but, most of them are rude. It's okay....I will not return. Mr. Gene was professional...along with the young lady working with him. But, the people working in the back really need to learn how to treat customers. Great Customer Service and Sales Experience I had not planned on buying a car when in I went in for an oil change on my 2014 Kia Optima, which I have loved! I met Edwin Sinsuat while I was walki I had not planned on buying a car when in I went in for an oil change on my 2014 Kia Optima, which I have loved! I met Edwin Sinsuat while I was walking about the dealership. He saw me looking at the Kia Sorento's. I'm pregnant with my first child and have been thinking about transitioning into a SUV for a little while now. I test drove a Kia Sorento and loved it. Edwin took the time to explain on the benefits and features of the Kia Sorento, all while being so compassionate about my pregnancy. I felt bad having to get up 20 times to use the bathroom, lol. Edwin help me get the vehicle that was right for me at this time in my lift, and he helped me get financing options that fit my budget. I really appreciated all the time he took with me. Sam Washigton, Jr. was very helpful as well in explaining the financing situation. I have been coming to this dealership for over two years to get service on my Kia Optima. The service team is amazing as well! I'm thrilled that I will now be coming for service on my Kia Sorento. I would recommend this Dealership and Service Team to anyone. 1st Kia Experience was a GREAT one! It's my first Kia! I am in awe of my used 2011 Kia Sorento! I just needed a tow package and another key fob. To the rescue!
