I was very disappointed I would never go there again. They advertised a price $15,500 and I ended up paying $25,000 for the car I wanted to buy. They didn’t have a manual to I would never go there again. They advertised a price $15,500 and I ended up paying $25,000 for the car I wanted to buy. They didn’t have a manual to go with the car or a spare key. I called several times at different times of the day and they never returned my calls. I was told the car would be ready in 2 hours and it took 4 hours. They don’t even deserve 1 star as far as I’m concerned. More

Difficult My new car with 5000 miles in it was towed to the service department. From the first contact until 28 days later I was treated with disrespect. They My new car with 5000 miles in it was towed to the service department. From the first contact until 28 days later I was treated with disrespect. They tried to make everything they did feel like they were doing me a favor...additional at one point they didn’t have a certified service person to take care of my car (hybrid) this has been an issue since November. If they had been honest with me from day one I would have still bought a car from them. Just not a hybrid. They do have someone there now, however who knows how long they will stay. There was one person who, Juan, who treated me with respect and understanding. Ultimately the car need a new engine and battery... the dealership from November has not been honest (issues when purchasing the car) nor have they done the right thing. I just hope that the car is fixed properly and will not shut down on me like it did 28 days ago. More
