Unethical and dishonest. I negotiated a price on a '24 Kia Telluride and went in to sign the paperwork. I confirmed the agreed upon price with the salesman before sitting down with finance. The dealership was closing and there was a LOT of paperwork to go through. Somehow the price had been inflated by $2,995, which I noticed the following day. Coincidence it was for the same amount as the dealer prep charge they had agreed to drop? An honest mistake. Or so I thought. I contacted the dealership and informed them of the mistake and presented them with the document clearly showing the correct, lower price. It had my name, my salesman's name, the sales mgr. name, VIN... so no mistaking it was for the same vehicle. It was in writing. After many delays, the finance guy contacted me. The General Sales Manager had determined the document was invalid because it was not signed. I asked if I needed to get an attorney and was told that, since I said the word attorney, he could not speak to me any longer. I had inadvertently signed the paperwork for the inflated price. An honest mistake. A $2,995 mistake. I escalated my request for a refund to the Customer Service Mgr. She said she would look into it. After over a week she gave me the same answer, the document with the negotiated price was not signed so they would not correct the mistake. If the mistake was in my favor, they surely would have expected me to correct it. And I would have. What should have been an exciting time has turned into dread every time I see my new car. I write this review in the hopes that I can save somebody else the nightmare of dealing with these shady characters. More

they are CROOKS beware. Recently purchased 2023 Kia K5 and was asked if I wanted window etching, battery protection which I DECLINED. Salesman Latre Hilliare along with manager Jeremiah should have brought me to another vehicle without or at least mentioned that car was already equipped these items. Then the finance guy Teddy added the battery protection onto the invoice. BEWARE of these CROOKS. More

After buying the car, not only have I had multiple issues with my car, I did not receive the “Welcome Kit”, after three months I still have not received it. It was my understanding that I was supposed to receive that the same day. After being talked to like my car sale did not matter, being talked into a loan which did not match the details I asked for, and not receiving my welcome box from a 3,000$ “Kia care package”, I can definitively say I will never return to this Kia dealership. I drove passed this dealership on Thursday 3/2 about 1:00. There were several professional looking salesmen standing as if they were eager to make a sale and then there was a girl with long, dark hair s 1:00. Also, the advertisement of if you have bad credit but bring home atleast $350 a week you can get upto $25,000 in finance. Well I have bad credit, I make $55000 a year and have an Altima that with the appraisal of $7k to $8 it would leave me $5 upside-down and with the finance of upto $25000, you offer should cover that $5k and still leave me upto $20k to work with towards another vehicle. However, your sales rep did not offer anything that is advertised and asked for a ridiculous down payment that after Ian, no one can afford who is trying to still recover from the damages! So am I to assume that the advertisement you have is not true? It's false advertisement? That's not a good look on your company. More

Things have changed a lot sense for sure, was forced buy a kia k5 on other coast after the hurricane as our car got flood was totaled. bought extra warranty for tire & of coarse had blow out month after buying the kia. called KIa of cape coral to checked on tire & told them i had tire warranty. said no problem have 6 tires in stock would take care of it. made appointment next day & arrived 15 min early was waited buy Mark service consultant. after 45 min wait, was told that they sold all tires had nothing in stock. so asked when would be back in stock was told that couldn't order me one until my tire warranty company approve it. left paper work with Mark who said would call get it approved. Well called him 6-7 times over next week check got run around every time. What a joke for staff quieting, short handed finley last 3 times i called he never returned my calls. Went to Galeana Kia got me in & everything was fixed in lease than hour from start too finish. So thats were will be buying & servicing my kia from know on. WM SEAMON More
