You can not be trusted. Deception and hypocrisy followed by extreme negativity was what I experienced at the Carson dealership. I need one more SUV but you lost me as a customer. I will be happy to never do business with you. I’m thinking of posting my negative experience to Social Media and Corporate. Ugly ugly experience buying an SUV from Carson. I’ve had to drop off my car several times this year - there is never a car/loaner/rental available. I have been a KIA customer since 2013… and there has been only one time that a rental was available and there is never a car/loaner/rental available.
