Oil change and inspection was fine, but service counter was very slow--under staffed? They did not call to let me know service was completed. I had to call them when more time than stated had passed. They were extremely helpful and fast repairing my car when a sensor needed replacement. I like the Sportsge. Sales process started welll but soured when I got inaccurate time line and thus missed commitments on getting my trade-in check.
