This dealership re-defines what Customer service is supposed to look like. Jeremy is your man if you need someone to pinpoint root causes of any issues with your car and have it taken care of. I had to bring my Sorento in for warranty work and initially over the phone was 2 hours. When i got there it was 4hours. Finally picked up my car 7 hours later. After that I had more issues with it th initially over the phone was 2 hours. When i got there it was 4hours. Finally picked up my car 7 hours later. After that I had more issues with it then when I brought it in. I was late for work by an hour and I told them I needed the shuttle to get me by 4, they sent the shuttle out at 4.i would give 1 star but Keith the service manager is a nice guy and helped me the next day when I had to bring my car back. More
