I had a screw in my tire and had ran over a stick that had torn something on the paneling underneath. They had no issues removing the screw and reattching the panel!! Could not solve the problem. Their resolution was to continue to drive the hybrid, now getting only 35 mpg and not 45, until the engine light turns back on.
