Start with the positive note, the staff is very nice and kind. However a Scheduled appointment took 3 hours to balance tires is not acceptable. No explanation was provided only a slight delay was indicated and no offer to reschedule was asked. Had I been aware of the larger delay I would have rescheduled. I heard several customers complaining about the wait and over heard an issue with equipment was the problem. A phone call would have been much better received and an offer to reschedule due to the issue. A 30 min drive 1 way to sit for 3 hours of my day is not how I planned my holiday vacation time. More
