I was with Kia from 2016 to 2019, shipped at Kia of Lansing. Traded it in and went to another dealer and just was not happy during the term of that lease. I came back to Kia 8 months before my lease en Lansing. Traded it in and went to another dealer and just was not happy during the term of that lease. I came back to Kia 8 months before my lease end. I’ll never leave again! Please forgive me! Hahaha I’ve always had a great experience in all my interactions with Kia of Lansing staff and Devan Reed is an excellent salesman. I’ll be in the Kia family for years to come! More

I had an appointment I arrived 40 minutes before it they did not get my car in to be serviced for over an hour after my appointment 1hr 43 min from appointment time till the oil change was done.
