Once again I am disgusted with Kia I had a flat tire called Kia roadside had my car towed at 2 p.m. when I got off work I called to Kia at 5 p.m. for them to tell me that my vehicle was not dropped off called Kia roadside had my car towed at 2 p.m. when I got off work I called to Kia at 5 p.m. for them to tell me that my vehicle was not dropped off by a tow truck waited on hold for almost 20 minutes to be told my vehicle was there and they had not touched it yet that they would fix it and leave the keys in the car unlocked at the Kia dealership because they close at 6 so I said okay I'm on my way I get there at 5:45 to be told it will be 15 minutes I go and sit in my car to be told at 6:15 that the tire that was flat was non-repairable and was going to cost me $160 out of pocket for labor and a new tire I advised the man I had in my lease agreement Tire and Wheel warranty he then tells me he can only call in those warranty from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. that he would put a spare tire on my vehicle and I could return the following day so they could call in my warranty I refused told them I would leave the vehicle and they could call me when it was ready the following business day I get a phone call at 10:30 indicating that my car was repaired and ready for pickup. I was at work so I had my grandmother go to the dealership to pick up my vehicle we're upon arrival she was told it would be $138 roughly out of pocket for the repair of the flat tire and when she asked for the service manager he came out and said no we are not billing that to her we are building that to the warranty I think it is highly dissatisfied to understand or try and understand why the service center would try and charge me $160 out of pocket to replace a tire that was non-repairable to been miraculously be able to fix the tire after they were aware of my warranty I feel the service center is very unprofessional and tries to take advantage of people this is a prime example when my lease is up I will never never never return to Kia of Lansing More
