This is the second time I have had service done with this dealer. I have been happy with my service both times. Jeremy is fantastic and the waiting area and shuttle service are amazing. The oil change service man was very kind and helpful, even though I was there for a recall issue. The service man in that department never made contact with me, even though 3 times I tried to speak with even though I was there for a recall issue. He may of been busy but judging by the amount of people in the lobby, and what they were there for, I didn't get that feeling. Had he made contact with me, then all of my questions and needs would have been handled. Went in to get new tires. Jeremy greeted me and quickly got my car in to get work done. Once it was done he told me about a couple concerns, he then ordered the part and I will return next Saturday to get got my car in to get work done. Neil was very knowledgeable, and took us on his tried and true test drive route through the roads and nearby highway in order to get a good feel for the vehicle that we were interested in. Our current financial situation was admittedly a bit odd, but Neil handled it very well, stating payment plans to his best ability while not pushing us in any direction that would have strained or effected our available budget. The showroom and lot were quite clean and well organized, and the connected service center was impressive and cozy. I would highly recommend this establishment to friends and family.
