He made the entire transaction seamless. I was extremely lucky to discover that the model in the color I wanted was available. Once I asked about trade-in, the crew wasted no time in presenting a price, and the paperwork was kept to a minimum. I am very happy that both Jeff and Greg were willing to have frank discussions about what was needed to ensure I could take delivery of such a popular vehicle the next morning. My time at the dealership was kept to an absolute minimum so I had no wasted time. Initially, I was there for less than 45 minutes which was long enough to find the car I asked about, and get the basics in order to purchase the car for pick-up the next morning. Upon arrival for pick-up the vehicle was ready to go and the balancing paperwork was clean, organized, and very quickly executed and took less than 30 minutes. I research in advance, typically know what I want, so I appreciate when sales people recognize this and don't take extra time discussing topics I have no interest in. I am confident if I have questions, Jeff will be more than willing to assist. I look forward to returning for routine maintenance to this dealer. So far, we like the Telluride and all of the features that the Buick Enclave has missed over the years. I have had 3 Enclaves and am pleasantly surprised that Kia has addressed so many annoyances I've had with the interior, which is why I finally made the switch. More
