Quick service, in and out, satisfied! I was completely satisfied when I went in (without an appt) and was able to have a nail removed from my tire. When they do that the fluid levels and I was completely satisfied when I went in (without an appt) and was able to have a nail removed from my tire. When they do that the fluid levels and breathers are checked as well. They found that my breathers needed to be replaced as well. I was also informed that mice or something was living in my car, behind my glove box! They removed all the "bedding stuff" that was in there... And the car smelled better!! More

Great oil change They told me my brakes were bad and tried to charge me $350 to fix them. I changed them myself for free and they were just fine. Always a positive service experience! I never trusted dealerships until my husband and I purchased or kia souls! I believe a big part of our good experience is Kane and the service manager I never trusted dealerships until my husband and I purchased or kia souls! I believe a big part of our good experience is Kane and the service manager. They both go out of their way for customer service. They are honest, friendly, knowledgeable and stand behind the product. I worked for many American dealerships for the early part of my career and continually saw customers being treated poorly. Because of those experiences I never trusted dealerships. That is until now. Stranded in Lansing, Michigan I am from Allentown Pennsylvania, and I had driven my 2014 Kia Sorrento 9 hours to East Lansing to watch my daughter play field hockey at Michigan I am from Allentown Pennsylvania, and I had driven my 2014 Kia Sorrento 9 hours to East Lansing to watch my daughter play field hockey at Michigan State . I was supposed to be driving to Ann Arbor Michigan that night to watch her play at the University of Michigan. While I was there I noticed engine coolant was rapidly flowing out of my car. Even though it was late in the evening on a Friday night Kane Slaght and the other fine folks at Kia of Lansing fixed my problem quickly and got me back on the road!! I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and most of all caring attitude!! More
