Took 2 hrs! I am very upset. I made an appointment to get an alignment. Not only did it take 2 hrs but they took a filter off my car without asking first and want I am very upset. I made an appointment to get an alignment. Not only did it take 2 hrs but they took a filter off my car without asking first and wanted to charge me for it. Not only was it ridiculous to have to wait that long when I had an appointment but to wait for a part to be put back on is just beyond me. I had my 6 and 3 yrs old with me, just got done working 12 hrs on night shift. I made an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait. I am very disappointed. After 45 minutes I went back to see how things were going and was told my car hadn't even been taken back yet! More

Scheduled Repairs My son waited 5 hours for what was told during scheduling would be 2 hrs. He had scheduled commits that he missed because he was there so long. When I called to inquire what was taking so long I assumed I would be met with attitude and annoyance but they couldn’t have been nicer. They also gave us the oil change and alignment for free. Although we were displeased with the lengthy wait, we will continue to use Kia as they always rectify any unpleasant situation. More
