New vehicle I went in to have my KIA Optima serviced, while I was waiting, I reached out to my sales rep Devon Reed to discuss a possible upgrade. Once again he m I went in to have my KIA Optima serviced, while I was waiting, I reached out to my sales rep Devon Reed to discuss a possible upgrade. Once again he made it happen and I walked out with a KIA Sorento. The dealership, in general, has always been good. The service guys greet me by name when I have my routine maintenance done. Devon would always stop and say hello as I waited for the car to be done. It's great knowing they take pride in the service they provide. I actually live closer to a different KIA dealer but will make the trip to Lansing because I get the service the other dealers don't give. Thanks for going the extra mile. More
