Only had 76,000 miles ... And it's worth 250.00 I think not. Advertising says 3000 for anything you trade in. I needed a car and got one. But left feeling scamed. More

After Devan gave us the run down and test drive, we were sold. Got a great trade-in value and a great price. The financing process was seamless, and they even got an accessory ordered to be installed in the next few days. We didn’t know a whole lot about Kia, but their warranty is 2nd to none and their safety ratings are top notch. What’s more, the service team at Kia of Lansing seemed great, we look forward to having them help keep our new car in great shape for years to come. More

Windshield repair scam Took van in for oil change, check rear seat and brake fluid and was told I had a chip in windshield that they could fix for free, before a crack destr Took van in for oil change, check rear seat and brake fluid and was told I had a chip in windshield that they could fix for free, before a crack destroys whole windshield, just bill insurance company. Every customer after us also had chips in their windshields that they wanted to fix for free ,also, just bill insurance company. They have a guy at check in who is not wearing a Kia uniform that apparently checks every car at check in for windshield "chips" and offers to repair chips for free if you give him your car insurance information. Two trivial scratches noted on exam by myself. Also, on a previous oil change, they forgot to replace the oil filler cap, and we had to go back for a replacement. More

I didn't have to play hardball or get wishy-washy, I ended up with a luxury, sports car Stinger GT2 at a price I can afford. I'm so excited, and I recommend this place to anyone! More
