Unreliable They stated the repair would take 1-2 weeks maximum. Whole thing took 4 weeks. The last two-week stretch i was told 4 different days it'd be done, but they could never keep to their own timeline. I needed a new bumper and trunk pieces. They fixed the bumper but the trunk doesn't usually shut anymore, it just bounces back up over and over when you shut it. I will say i appreciated the interior detailing they did, however, they were working inside the trunk primarily but NEVER cleaned it. There was dirt all over inside the trunk and visible footprints on the inside of both sides of the trunk. I appreciate kia sales and service team. I, however, would advise against taking vehicles to the body shop after my experience More

World's Longest Oil Change I arrived at my 9:45 appointment at was told an additional update needed to be preformed which would take an additional half hour. I asked for an estimate on that. He said "$640". I said "can I have that in writing?" And he said "well we don't usually do that." So I go sit in the lobby. I don't hear from the guy until noon! No apologies for the long wait, no reason given. 2 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change and a computer update?! I had an appointment elsewhere at noon that had to be rescheduled due to the world's longest oil change. As the guy was walking me out, he asked me to give him a perfect score on this review because that's how he gets paid and he needs more money for Christmas presents. The next day my tire pressure light came on and I discovered all my tires were 20# low. The paperwork says the tires were checked and were good (obviously weren't checked or air was let out?!). I had to do a factory reset on the computer 3 times to get my music media to work correctly (still not sure if that is fixed permanently). There are tons of other oil change places in town that charge the same as you, and I'll be visiting one of them from now on. More
